Notice of Legislative Activity

Board Policy and operating guidelines call for employees of the TBR - College System of Tennessee and its colleges to notify the Chancellor prior to making funding* and/or policy requests to legislators. Notification of meetings between college leadership and local, state, or federal officials is also requested.

Additionally, Board guidance requires employees to notify the System Office if they become aware that a funding proposal relating to the TBR or one of its colleges may be presented to state officials by non-TBR employees.
