Tennessee Higher Ed Web Developer Accessibility Training
A deep dive into accessible web content and web UI development to begin to employ best practices for creating accessible content throughout the development lifecycle on TBR campuses. Curriculum for this training has been custom developed by Steve Faulkner, co-editor of the W3C HTML5 specification, HTML Accessibility API Mappings 1.0, Text Alternatives Techniques, ARIA in HTML, and Using WAI-ARIA in HTML specifications.

Parking
Parking will be in the Honors Lot next to the John Bragg Media and Entertainment Building (1735 Blue Raider Drive). You do not need to purchase a visitor parking pass. The lot will have a dedicated parking attendant.

Restaurants are available on campus and in the general area surrounding Middle Tennessee State University and most hotels. Meals are not provided at the training. State Employees: Normal per diem rates as per your system's travel policy will apply and should be provided by your institution.
