Industry Certification Exam Survey
In order for colleges to ensure continued Perkins V Federal Reserve funding for certifications, it is a requirement that each college work to collect pertinent data related to these exams. The Perkins V Industry Certification Exam Survey will act as verification that those exams purchased with Perkins V Federal funding are being utilized by current CTE students. Upon completion of these exams please have students use the survey below to satisfy the requirement.
